A Technician’s responsibilities include the technical setup of equipment needed for events, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site, and providing continuous customer support throughout the event. The role demands technical proficiency with audiovisual gear, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to maintain positive client relationships. Technicians must be adept at following company protocols and adhering to safety standards while moving, setting up, and operating equipment, sometimes requiring physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

In addition to technical skills, the Technician must be customer-focused, ensuring that every event runs smoothly by monitoring the equipment and client satisfaction during events. The job requires working in dynamic environments with varied noise levels and may include irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
