Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Completion of training and certifications within required timelines
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Audiovisual experience preferred
- Valid driver's license for operating company vehicles
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting 50 lbs
- Availability for irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work at multiple hotel locations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Associate's degree preferred
- 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- 1 year of audiovisual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred
- Valid driver's license required for vehicle operation
- Completion of required training and certifications within 60 days for external applicants
- Compliance with Encore’s Global Learning Training requirements for internal applicants
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Ensures timely setup, operation, and breakdown of audiovisual equipment
- Strives to exceed customer expectations
- Maintains positive client relationships through effective communication
- Meets with guests on site to confirm equipment functionality
- Monitors events and interacts with customers throughout the day
- Demonstrates basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Completes accurate systems entry and paperwork
- Works with clients to finalize invoices
- Utilizes floor up-selling techniques to increase revenue
- Coordinates with other staff and vendors for equipment needs
