Job Requirements

High school diploma required
Completion of training and certifications within required timelines
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Audiovisual experience preferred
Valid driver's license for operating company vehicles
Ability to meet physical demands including lifting 50 lbs
Availability for irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to work at multiple hotel locations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma
Associate's degree preferred
1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
1 year of audiovisual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred
Valid driver's license required for vehicle operation
Completion of required training and certifications within 60 days for external applicants
Compliance with Encore’s Global Learning Training requirements for internal applicants
Ability to lift 50 lbs
