Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of event technology experience with a specialty in projection or video
- Preferred 3-4 years of customer service or hospitality experience
- Must complete all required training and certifications per Encore’s Global Learning Training Program
- Ability to work irregular hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Must comply with all safety and equipment handling protocols
- Valid driver’s license if applicable
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Ability to meet physical demands including sitting standing walking stooping crawling kneeling bending reaching climbing and grasping for extended periods
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and working collaboratively
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of event technology experience specializing in projection or video required
- 3-4 years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse workforce and customers
- Strong customer client and coworker interface skills
- Valid driver’s license for positions requiring company vehicle operation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
