The company prides itself on a culture of inclusivity, continuous learning, and delivering world-class service to its clients and partners worldwide. Employees at Encore benefit from access to comprehensive training programs and a supportive work environment focused on personal and professional development.

The role of a Technical Specialist at Encore is pivotal in the successful delivery of enhanced mid-level production events. Reporting directly to an Associate Director or Director of Project Management, the Technical Specialist is responsible for the precise setup, operation, and breakdown of sophisticated audiovisual equipment, ensuring flawless event execution and high client satisfaction. This position demands technical expertise in operating advanced audio, lighting, projection, and video systems, coupled with a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.

The Technical Specialist serves as both a hands-on technician and an event supervisor, guiding other technicians during events and collaborating closely with sales and operations teams to develop and implement effective event solutions. In addition to technical operations, the role involves mentoring and developing team members, fostering an atmosphere conducive to skill enhancement and leadership growth. Continuous professional development is encouraged, with a focus on staying current with the latest technological advances and industry trends.

Working in dynamic hotel and warehouse environments, the Technical Specialist must be flexible and ready to manage irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties. The job requires physical stamina to meet the demands of lifting equipment up to 50 pounds and performing various physical activities for several hours throughout the workday. Safety and security standards are strictly enforced to protect high-end equipment and ensure a safe working environment.

This role offers an hourly pay range between $22.90 and $29.77, with the exact compensation determined based on location, experience, skills, and potential eligibility for overtime and incentive bonuses. Encore's dedication to employee well-being is reflected in its robust benefits package and its focus on fostering an inclusive culture where diverse talents are recognized and celebrated. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about event technology and hospitality, seeking a challenging yet rewarding career path with a reputable and supportive employer.
