The company prides itself on its commitment to inclusivity, customer satisfaction, and innovative retail solutions. Michaels offers a comprehensive range of benefits to support team members and their families, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

This role is a part-time position based in the Lansing-Delta Township, MI store. Other responsibilities encompass merchandise recovery, participation in stocking and planogram processes, and adherence to all company policies, safety programs, and standard operating procedures.

Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in retail or customer service and working with children’s events. The role requires physical stamina for standing long periods, moving throughout the store, and handling merchandise, including lifting heavy boxes and using ladders.
