Now, AriensCo Hospitality is actively seeking energetic and dedicated Event Support Staff to join their team, tasked with providing outstanding service at their elegant venues in Brillion, Wisconsin. The Event Support Staff role encompasses a variety of responsibilities that elevate the guest experience from arrival to departure. Individuals in this position will greet guests warmly, deliver food and beverages with impeccable timing and presentation, and communicate any dietary restrictions promptly to the kitchen staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience. They help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the venue, support audio/visual and equipment setups, and assist with event layout preparations including tables, linens, and décor. This job requires flexibility, a positive attitude, professional appearance, and the physical capability to engage actively with the dynamic environment of events, often requiring standing or walking for long periods and carrying loads of up to 50 pounds. As part of a well-coordinated team, Event Support Staff will collaborate closely with kitchen personnel, bartenders, and other servers under the guidance of event managers or operations leads to ensure seamless event execution.
