Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Prior experience in hospitality, banquets, restaurants, or events preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and passion for delivering memorable experiences
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, banquets, restaurants, or events preferred

- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the event
- Deliver food and beverages according to AriensCo Hospitality standards, ensuring presentation and timing are flawless
- Communicate dietary restrictions or allergies to kitchen staff promptly
- Clear tables, refresh beverages, and anticipate guest needs to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with the kitchen, bartenders, and fellow servers to maintain seamless service
- Uphold cleanliness and professionalism in all service areas throughout the event
- Set up tables, chairs, linens, decor, and other items to match event specifications and layouts
- Ensure table settings are neat, aligned, and aesthetically consistent
- Assist with audio/visual, lighting, signage, or special equipment setup as directed
- Reset and tear down spaces after events, organizing and storing equipment properly
- Maintain venue cleanliness, including wiping surfaces, removing trash, and cleaning spills
- Support safety and guest experience by identifying hazards and addressing issues quickly
- Work under the direction of the Event Manager or Operations Lead and support teammates across roles
