The role of Event Supervisor at Apex Entertainment is a part-time, hourly position focusing on overseeing and managing a broad range of events at the venue. As an Event Supervisor, you will be the key point of contact ensuring that every event, from birthday parties to corporate functions and private celebrations, runs smoothly and meets Apex Entertainment's high standards. The Event Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating event logistics such as guest check-in, food and beverage service, room setups, and attraction management. You will work closely with multiple departments including Food & Beverage, Attractions, and Operations to ensure seamless event execution. Your leadership will guide up to 20 event team members per shift, setting clear expectations and providing support to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Additionally, the role requires handling guest inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring client satisfaction from start to finish.

Another critical aspect of the Event Supervisor role is maintaining accurate event documentation using the CenterEdge Group POS system, processing payments, and conducting pre- and post-event evaluations. These evaluations are essential for continuous improvement and reporting to management. Your strong organizational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure will be vital in managing the complexities of multiple simultaneous events while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.
