- Ability to frequently travel between multiple facilities using a company owned vehicle
- Flexibility to work varied hours based on event schedule and operational needs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Duties
- Support the day to day operations of assigned parking facilities in partnership with the Facility Events Manager
- Ensure efficient, safe, and customer focused operations across all assigned locations
- Follow and enforce company standard operating procedures while adapting to changing operational needs
- Respond to operational challenges in real time using sound judgement and problem solving skills
- Monitor and report system performance, operational issues, and customer or employee impacts
- Assist with implementation of new systems, processes, and operational changes
