Job Requirements

  • Ability to frequently travel between multiple facilities using a company owned vehicle
  • Flexibility to work varied hours based on event schedule and operational needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • Support the day to day operations of assigned parking facilities in partnership with the Facility Events Manager
  • Ensure efficient, safe, and customer focused operations across all assigned locations
  • Follow and enforce company standard operating procedures while adapting to changing operational needs
  • Respond to operational challenges in real time using sound judgement and problem solving skills
  • Monitor and report system performance, operational issues, and customer or employee impacts
  • Assist with implementation of new systems, processes, and operational changes
