We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Event Supervisor to join our team. This role is pivotal as it requires leading and coordinating a wide array of events, ensuring their smooth execution from the initial planning phase through to completion. The successful candidate will oversee event staff and facilitate seamless operations, guaranteeing memorable experiences for each customer. This is a paid, in-person position offering an hourly wage of $23.00 to $26.00, reflecting the importance of leadership and organizational skills in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.

The Event Supervisor will support daily operations in partnership with the Facility Events Manager, particularly focusing on our assigned parking facilities. Ensuring efficient, safe, and customer-focused operations at all locations is a primary responsibility. The role entails adherence to company standard operating procedures while demonstrating the flexibility to adapt to changing operational requirements. You will need to respond promptly to operational challenges, using sound judgment and effective problem-solving skills. Monitoring system performance, reporting operational issues, and assisting with the implementation of new systems and processes will also be an integral part of this position.
