Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of experience in event planning and execution
- knowledge of event marketing strategy, planning, execution, and evaluation
- working knowledge of budgeting, vendor management, project coordination, promotional items, and performance measurement
- ability to independently manage the full event lifecycle
- strong organizational, communication, analytical, and project management skills

- demonstrated expertise in event logistics, vendor management, and merchandising
- knowledge of event marketing strategy, planning, execution, and evaluation focused on member-facing events
- working knowledge of budgeting, vendor management, project coordination, promotional items, and performance measurement
- strong organizational, communication, analytical, and project management skills
- ability to collaborate effectively across teams and vendors
- ability to independently manage the full event lifecycle
Job Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of external member-facing events
- provide strategic and operational support for select internal events and initiatives
- own the end-to-end event lifecycle from concept through execution and evaluation
- develop event strategies that integrate with broader marketing campaigns
- manage larger and recurring initiatives such as milestone anniversary events and community activations
- oversee promotional item program management
- continuously improve event analytics and campaign integration
