Their diverse client portfolio includes prominent venues and events such as the Circuit of the Americas, NASCAR, Formula 1, MotoGP, the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park, AHL Hockey leagues, G League Basketball, volleyball tournaments, stadiums, arenas, theaters, symphonies, festivals, and large-scale conventions. This extensive experience positions 5 STAR Event Services as a leader in the event staffing and security sector, with a reputation for professionalism, community engagement, and excellence in customer service.

Duties include greeting and directing guests, managing access routes, handling complaints following established procedures, and assisting in emergency evacuations when necessary. The position demands high physical and mental dexterity, as well as excellent communication skills and a calm demeanor under pressure. Prospective candidates should be prepared to work in environments that may include noise exposure, large crowds, outdoor conditions, and evening or weekend schedules.
To qualify, applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and have reliable communication and transportation means. Additionally, candidates are required to obtain a Texas Level II Non-Commissioned Security Guard Card, which involves free training, an exam, fingerprinting, and a criminal background check provided by 5 STAR Event Services.
