Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform event setup and breakdown tasks
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- flexibility to adapt to changing event needs
- reliable transportation to Boston, MA
- customer-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- basic understanding or experience in event planning and event marketing
- comfortable with sales and ability to promote service offerings
- ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- detail-oriented and dependable
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- previous experience in event staffing or hospitality is a plus
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist with event setups and breakdowns
