With a team of dedicated, knowledgeable legal professionals, Shoup Legal stands at the forefront of the estate planning field, creating lasting impacts on the communities it serves.

As part of its ongoing outreach and community service, Shoup Legal is expanding its dedicated workshop team and is currently seeking enthusiastic and highly organized individuals to join as Event Staff. This exciting part-time position plays an essential role in facilitating in-person estate planning workshops designed to educate and empower residents of the Temecula Valley on the critical importance of thoughtful estate planning. As an Event Staff member, you will be an ambassador of Shoup Legal’s vision and services, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of these workshops while providing attendees with exceptional support and information.

The role demands a friendly, energetic, and outgoing individual capable of engaging workshop attendees, answering their questions, and representing Shoup Legal’s professional and compassionate brand with integrity and enthusiasm.

This position requires a minimum commitment of two workshops per month, with shifts lasting about three hours. The schedule offers flexibility, accommodating day and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends to suit diverse availability. This flexibility makes the role well-suited for individuals seeking supplemental part-time employment or those passionate about community education and legal advocacy.

The role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, contributing directly to community education, and playing a key part in helping others plan their futures with confidence.

By joining Shoup Legal’s workshop team, Event Staff will have the opportunity to grow professionally, gain valuable event coordination experience, and be part of a purpose-driven organization devoted to legal excellence and community service. This role not only allows you to develop new skills but also to make a meaningful impact by facilitating workshops that provide vital education to the public, helping countless families make well-informed decisions about their estates and legacies.
