The company is currently looking to hire Event Staff for the upcoming 2026 Boat Races in Kennewick, WA, scheduled from July 22 to July 27. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Successfully complete a background investigation
  • Pass post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test
  • May be required to pass a driver's record check
  • Able to work overtime as needed
  • Professional and articulate with good independent judgment and discretion

Job Duties

  • Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution
  • Allow appropriate entry into each venue, collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct traffic
  • Demonstrate understanding of policies, procedures, and regulations of different venues and events
  • Initiate a genuine, friendly, and personal greeting to guests and thank them upon completion of their visit
  • Provide guests with helpful directions and suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience
  • Use natural speaking voice with friendly tone during guest interactions
  • Ensure cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas
