Job Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- Punctual late arrivals will not be permitted to work this is a non-negotiable requirement
- Full uniform at the start of your shift incomplete uniform equals no assignment
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Comfortable standing and working outdoors for an extended shift
- Ability to follow supervisor instructions and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Welcome graduates and their families and inform them of complimentary parking and the Universitys clear bag policy
- Distribute clear bags to guests who need them to comply with venue requirements
- Keep traffic moving by directing guests to available parking lots and garages
- Assist with traffic and pedestrian flow between ceremonies inside garages surface lots and at other posts assigned by supervisors
- Follow supervisor instructions and work as part of a team
- Uphold on-site policies including the tobacco-free campus and cell phone restrictions
- Ensure full uniform compliance at the start of shift
