This is a temporary event-based job scheduled for the day of graduation, with a pay rate of $18 per hour. As Event Staff, your primary duties will include welcoming graduates and guests, enforcing the university's clear bag policy, distributing clear bags when necessary, and assisting with parking logistics. This outdoor, fast-paced, and team-based position requires effective communication, customer-service orientation, and the ability to stand and work outdoors for extended periods. Attendance and punctuality are critical, as late arrivals will not be permitted to work.

Moreover, comprehensive coordination with your supervisors and fellow staff members will be essential. You will be helping manage pedestrian and vehicular traffic flow around parking lots, garages, and designated areas throughout the campus. Staff receive water on-site and access to a user-friendly app to browse and claim shifts, allowing for enhanced flexibility and convenience in scheduling.
