Job Duties

  • Demonstrates thorough knowledge of building policies, procedures, and event requirements

  • Assists caterers and vendors with event setup and breakdown
  • Manages last-minute supply and janitorial needs including garbage liners, vacuuming, and equipment cleaning
  • Provides access control and crowd management
  • Offers guests directions and venue information
  • Acts promptly and courteously on guest comments and complaints
