Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Be 16 years of age or older
  • Must be willing to submit to a background and drug screening where required
  • Ability to see, hear, speak and write clearly
  • Ability to push, pull, carry or lift up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to climb stairs and stand for long periods
  • Ability to twist, turn and bend as required by duties

Job Duties

  • Provide quality customer service to customers, patrons and employees
  • Establish working relationships with customers, vendors and employees in fulfilling assigned post orders
  • Assist customers with various duties approved by the Security Manager
  • Greet visitors, vendors, and employees maintaining professionalism and standards of excellence
  • Maintain knowledge of emergency policies, procedures and regulations
  • Respond immediately to emergency alarms or calls for help and notify appropriate authorities
  • Perform post orders including ticket taking, ushering, guest services, elevator operation or special services
  • Be vigilant and diligent in safety awareness
  • Understand and follow post orders, revisions, daily event needs and chain of command
