Job Duties

  • Verify ticket location event dates and times
  • Seat guests in proper location
  • Resolve any seating problems
  • Provide emergency accident assistance when needed
  • Serve as primary face-to-face contact with guests
  • Help resolve ticketing or seating problems or complaints
  • Act as usher tour guide ticket taker concierge or in related areas when assigned
  • Maintain professional image and generate positive public relations
  • Stand or sit alertly at entry points and assist guests
  • Maintain flow of foot traffic and direct guests to seating locations restrooms concession stands
  • Turn in items found on premises to Guest Relations Office
  • Maintain proper care of uniform and equipment
  • Assist and support other Guest Relations Staff as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
