Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to pass a background check
- physically fit to stand and walk for long periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- good communication skills
- able to interact professionally with guests
- must complete full application process after initial submission
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or security roles beneficial
- ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- comfort with standing and walking for extended periods
- willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays
- capability to manage potentially challenging guest interactions
- basic knowledge of security procedures preferred
Job Duties
- usher guests at sports games concerts and events
- assist with ticket scanning and entry control
- manage crowd flow and provide directional information
- perform security duties including access control and asset protection
- conduct entry point inspections using hand wands bag checks and magnetometers
- stand for long periods and walk stairs as needed
- handle interactions with disorderly or impaired guests professionally
