This seasonal position plays a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of events, helping to maintain the high standards of service and organization for which the resorts are renowned. The Seasonal Event Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive office support to the Event Managers, managing logistical details from the initial concept phase through to the final execution of events. The individual in this role must exhibit a passion for delivering best-in-class guest experiences and possess a strong ability to engage professionally with internal teams and external clients. This position demands a motivated, detail-oriented professional with the ability to multitask effectively, learn new software platforms quickly, and complete projects within set timelines.
Key responsibilities include administrative support related to event management, managing room-only group bookings, liaising directly with clients to secure booking details and special requests, and coordinating small group events with personalized service to ensure client satisfaction. Job Duties
- Perform administrative tasks related to event management, amenities, EO, Resume, etc
- Provide general support to the event management team
- Coordinate and manage room-only group bookings

- Manage small groups - less than 20
- Provide personalized service to ensure client satisfaction
- Manage events and room blocks and monitor group reservations
- Oversee internal booking processes
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of booking information

- Support the event and sales teams in handling leads and phone calls
