The KS95 Event Staff position plays a crucial role in supporting Hubbard Radio’s marketing initiatives by assisting with the implementation and execution of station promotional plans, events, contests, and other marketing activities. This role requires a dynamic, outgoing individual who can effectively represent the station’s image at various community and client events. Responsibilities include assisting with the setup and breakdown of promotional equipment such as banners, tents, balloons, and prize wheels, as well as maintaining a positive and professional attitude while engaging with the public and clients. The position demands flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and shifts during major events like the Minnesota State Fair. Collaboration and communication with team members are essential to ensure smooth event operations and high standards of professionalism throughout all promotional activities.

Candidates for this position should demonstrate reliability, creativity, and excellent interpersonal skills. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required due to responsibilities involving the safe transport of station vehicles to and from event locations. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand or sit for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity. The hourly wage for this position is $17.00, with additional benefits available to employees.
