Our commitment to excellence is reflected not only in the quality of our products and services but also in the meticulous planning and execution of every trade show we participate in.

This is a key role responsible for meticulously planning and coordinating our participation in various trade shows and events. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Event Director and cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and successful execution of trade shows from start to finish. This position involves everything from signing up for the event to managing booth design and asset logistics, on-site support during events, and conducting post-event analysis to maximize impact. The role demands strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations.

The Trade Show Coordinator will play an essential role in representing our brand at industry events, ensuring that all aspects of the trade show experience reflect our company’s standards of professionalism and creativity. You will be responsible for coordinating the production and shipment of booth assets, collaborating with vendors, contractors, and venue teams, and troubleshooting any on-site issues during events. Your ability to manage budgets efficiently will also be vital, helping to track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of our event participation.

This position offers a part-time or full-time employment opportunity with a competitive hourly salary ranging between $31 and $35. We value our team members and provide them with an engaging environment where they can grow professionally while contributing significantly to the company’s success. If you have a passion for event management and are looking to play a crucial role in executing impactful trade shows, this role is an excellent fit for you. Your efforts will directly contribute to building our company’s market presence and enhancing client and partner engagement.

Join us to leverage your organizational skills, creativity, and project management expertise to create memorable and impactful trade show experiences. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactivity will ensure that every trade show opportunity translates into meaningful business outcomes and lasting professional relationships.
