Job Duties

  • Assist the coordinator with event needs including catering and additional staff during events
  • open or close the conference center during events including coffee service and cleaning
  • maintain a client-ready environment in the academy
  • maintain catering kitchen organization and cleanliness
  • maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders
  • assist with meeting and event requests and setup
  • welcome clients and visitors and provide hospitality support
  • direct visitors to appropriate locations
  • assist visitors with needs such as coffee and Wi-Fi
  • provide high-quality service based on requirements and standards
  • inspect meeting rooms before events to ensure proper setup
  • take stock of perishable and non-perishable inventory
  • merchandise and restock refrigerator and snack closet
  • maintain a professional appearance following business casual dress code
