Event Specialist

The successful candidate will serve as a logistical coordinator who oversees multiple facets of event planning such as vendor coordination, site preparation, equipment rentals, crowd management protocols, and safety compliance. Working as part of the city’s special events team, this role plays a significant part in creating memorable experiences for thousands of attendees by ensuring all logistical aspects meet operational standards and local regulations. Although the position is on-call with no associated benefits, it offers a competitive hourly wage of $22.06 aligned with Pay Grade 47.
