Job Requirements

  • Education of BA or high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years relevant event or fulfillment management experience
  • Proficiency in industry-related software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle stress and complex scenarios
  • Willingness to adapt to feedback and coaching
  • Comfortable managing client and third-party relationships

Job Qualifications

  • BA or high school diploma or equivalent work-related experience
  • 1 to 3 years of tradeshow, event project management, or fulfillment management experience
  • Proficient in software such as Smartsheet, QuickBooks, Outlook, and Exhibit Force
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in fast-paced environments
  • Adaptable and open to coaching
  • Skilled in relationship building with vendors and clients

Job Duties

  • Ensure all outsourced work adheres to project timelines
  • Proactively communicate critical issues with internal departments
  • Coordinate and direct field labor, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • Develop and foster strong client relationships
  • Plan for potential event disruptions and develop contingency plans
  • Oversee project dashboard using cloud-based portals
  • Manage financial operations including job closeouts
