Job Requirements
- Education of BA or high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years relevant event or fulfillment management experience
- Proficiency in industry-related software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle stress and complex scenarios
- Willingness to adapt to feedback and coaching
- Comfortable managing client and third-party relationships
Job Qualifications
- BA or high school diploma or equivalent work-related experience
- 1 to 3 years of tradeshow, event project management, or fulfillment management experience
- Proficient in software such as Smartsheet, QuickBooks, Outlook, and Exhibit Force
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Adaptable and open to coaching
- Skilled in relationship building with vendors and clients
Job Duties
- Ensure all outsourced work adheres to project timelines
- Proactively communicate critical issues with internal departments
- Coordinate and direct field labor, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Develop and foster strong client relationships
- Plan for potential event disruptions and develop contingency plans
- Oversee project dashboard using cloud-based portals
- Manage financial operations including job closeouts
