We are currently seeking outgoing, enthusiastic, and customer-service oriented individuals to join our team as Food Demonstrators/Sales Advisors in elite local retail grocery stores located in the Kansas City area. This part-time role is perfect for those who are passionate about creating positive and exciting experiences for consumers by increasing brand awareness through food and beverage sampling demonstrations. The position involves performing engaging demonstrations to promote various products endorsed by CROSSMARK at selected retail locations.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, possess a friendly demeanor, and thrive in an environment where they can educate consumers about new and exciting products. The Food Demonstrators/Sales Advisors are responsible for executing impactful sampling events that leave a lasting impression on shoppers, encouraging product trial, and ultimately driving sales growth for our clients. The position offers a flexible schedule primarily on weekends, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to earn supplemental income. Shifts typically last around six hours and may be scheduled from Thursday through Sunday, allowing individuals to select events that best fit their availability.

Training is provided by CROSSMARK, making this an ideal entry-level position for candidates looking to gain valuable skills in sales, customer service, and marketing implementation. The job requires standing for extended periods and the ability to work independently with responsibility and reliability. Access to reliable internet and personal transportation is necessary to fulfill the responsibilities effectively. Additionally, Food Safety Certification is required and can be completed after hiring.
