Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
- Ability to move over uneven or slippery surfaces and stairs
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending and twisting
- No supervisory experience required
- Commitment to following company safety and security policies

Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions to make introductions and confirm arrangements
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest and event details
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event requests
- Adhere to company safety and security policies and report any incidents
- Welcome guests according to company standards and anticipate service needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold confidentiality and company asset protection
