Job Requirements

  • Education level varies from high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to travel extensively across the United States
  • Willingness to work flexible and irregular hours
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capability to operate in high-pressure, live event settings
  • Physical ability to handle event equipment and shipments

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with event technology, audio-visual systems, IT support, or hardware setup
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in live, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism onsite
  • Comfortable with frequent travel up to 90 percent
  • Ability to learn technical skills as needed
  • Customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Act as the onsite technical point of contact between project teams and clients
  • Set up and manage check-in stations such as tablets, badge printers, routers
  • Configure, test, and maintain event devices and applications
  • Support session scanning and lead capture including setup, distribution, troubleshooting
  • Handle incoming shipments, inventory management, and post-event returns
  • Travel to conference and event sites nationwide
