This role requires a hands-on leader who ensures that all prep and production standards are met while overseeing the seamless execution of menus during service. The Events Sous Chef plays an active role in the management and development of culinary team members, including Line Cooks and Prep Cooks, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence. In addition to compensation, the role provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, parental leave, retirement savings plans, and other wellness programs. The position is ideal for culinary professionals with at least two years of leadership experience in fine dining who are passionate about food, people, and delivering consistently high-quality service in a fast-paced, demanding setting. The ideal candidate will also possess strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a dedication to upholding stringent food safety and cleanliness standards that meet the highest health code requirements.
