We are currently seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Event Setup Supervisor to lead our Houseperson team in preparing event spaces for a diverse range of occasions such as meetings, banquets, weddings, and special events. This role is pivotal in ensuring that event setups are executed flawlessly from start to finish, adhering strictly to Event Orders (EOs) and Hyatt’s property standards. The Event Setup Supervisor coordinates all elements of event preparation, including tables, chairs, staging, linens, decor, and equipment. They perform pre- and post-event walkthroughs to verify accuracy, cleanliness, and readiness, while closely collaborating with Banquet Managers, Culinary, and AV teams to guarantee smooth event execution. Beyond setup duties, the role involves supervising, training, and supporting the Houseperson team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and maintaining efficient workflow. They provide coaching and feedback to foster high performance and teamwork, lead shift huddles to communicate event details and safety reminders, and maintain inventory of event furniture, equipment, and supplies. The supervisor also addresses maintenance needs, ensures organized and compliant storage areas, and assists with scheduling and labor management as needed.

- Ensure all setups match BEO specifications and meet brand and safety standards
