- 2+ years of relevant experience in the events industry, hospitality, or related field
- 2+ years experience in set design, theatre, logistics, or events preferred

Job Duties
- Set up and take down decor to meet client and company standards
- ensure venue looks clean and show-ready
- lead on-site crews and assign tasks while following safety and company policies
- troubleshoot creative, technical, or scheduling issues with management to stay on deadline
- drive and operate company trucks, vans, and lifts
- report maintenance or fuel needs
- track and report any damage or loss of tools, equipment, or vehicles
- keep teams, clients, and vendors updated on project progress and timelines
