Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Physical stamina to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long durations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in event setup is desirable but not required
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and special requests

  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and varying hours based on the event schedule

Job Duties

  • Prepare and dismantle facilities for various events including corporate meetings, weddings, parties, and concerts
  • Arrange furniture, set up stages, and ensure all equipment is in place
  • Work closely with event managers and team members to follow event specifications and ensure smooth operations
  • Engage in physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, moving equipment, and working in various weather conditions
  • Occasionally interact with clients and guests, providing assistance and ensuring a positive experience
  • Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
