Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical stamina to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long durations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in event setup is desirable but not required
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and special requests

- Previous experience in event setup or a similar role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided

- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and varying hours based on the event schedule
Job Duties
- Prepare and dismantle facilities for various events including corporate meetings, weddings, parties, and concerts
- Arrange furniture, set up stages, and ensure all equipment is in place
- Work closely with event managers and team members to follow event specifications and ensure smooth operations
- Engage in physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, moving equipment, and working in various weather conditions
- Occasionally interact with clients and guests, providing assistance and ensuring a positive experience
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
