The Event Set Up Houseperson Flex Shifts position at Grand Hyatt Denver is an essential role within the hotel’s events and banquet services team. This position is responsible for the efficient set up and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces. Duties include arranging tables, chairs, water stations, risers, linens, and other necessary equipment to ensure that every event runs smoothly and meets the high standards expected by Hyatt guests. The Event Set Up Houseperson works either independently or collaboratively with other team members to prepare rooms for a variety of functions, ranging from small meetings to large conferences.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical activity and direct interaction with guests. The position demands a consistent ability to lift, push, and carry moderate to heavy weights while standing and walking for extended periods. Job Duties

  • Set up meeting rooms with tables, chairs, water stations, risers, linens, etc.
