With a rich history of welcoming over 3 billion guests worldwide, Hilton continues to set the standard for hospitality with its broad portfolio of world-class brands. Their mission is to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality, a vision that is deeply embedded in their company culture and operational philosophy. Hilton prides itself on creating a nurturing environment not only for its guests but also for its team members, offering a supportive and inspiring workplace that fosters growth, well-being, and career development.
As an Event Services Manager at Hilton, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating memorable events that embody the warmth and excellence Hilton is known for. This position involves overseeing all facets of event planning and execution, ensuring that each event runs smoothly from initial sales engagement through to the final moments of service. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications to meet and exceed their expectations while maximizing revenue through strategic upselling and event enhancements.
Your responsibilities will also include managing your team to maintain high standards of service, facilitating clear communication of client requirements, and providing coaching and feedback to ensure exceptional delivery. Supporting the sales process will be another critical aspect, involving participation in site visits and pre-event meetings to align event solutions with client needs. Problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be expected to handle guest concerns and service adjustments promptly and professionally.
Hilton emphasizes core values such as integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency. These values guide the team members to act ethically, inspire others, collaborate effectively, take accountability, and focus on making a lasting impact in every moment of their work. Working at Hilton means joining a community committed to spreading hospitality that transforms stays into unforgettable experiences.
In addition to a dynamic work environment, Hilton offers an extensive range of benefits designed to support the well-being and personal growth of its team members. These include remarkable travel perks allowing team members to enjoy deeply discounted stays at Hilton hotels worldwide, participation in an employee stock purchase program to foster financial growth, and paid parental leave recognizing the importance of family. Personalized caregiving support and a dedicated crisis concierge provide assistance during challenging times, while mental health resources such as counseling are accessible to ensure emotional well-being.
With generous paid time off, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, and retirement plans designed to secure your financial future, Hilton invests in its team members beyond the workplace. The company is recognized repeatedly for creating a great place to work, reflected in accolades from Great Place to Work and Fortune’s World’s Best Workplaces lists. Whether you are embarking on a new career path or advancing your hospitality expertise, Hilton is committed to supporting your journey every step of the way.
Join Hilton as an Event Services Manager and be part of a team that not only creates extraordinary guest experiences but also cultivates a supportive, enriching work culture where you can thrive and grow professionally. Help Hilton make every stay not just an event, but a magical, memorable experience that keeps guests coming back.
