Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel or event management preferred
- Ability to work both AM and PM shifts as needed
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts and provide customer service effectively
Job Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience or strong knowledge of the service industry
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem solving
- Knowledge of event and booking management systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide direction and supervision to affected departments and team members during event execution
- Directly serve on site group and catering customers proactively
- Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
- Communicate timely with internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person
- Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, booking systems, and processes
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate to handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances
- Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating issues to determine the best solution
