This full-time, hourly management role adheres to core business hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. However, flexibility is necessary, as availability during weekends, holidays, and evenings may be required depending on event schedules.

Employees at Hilton Charlotte Uptown enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes complimentary parking, various insurance plan options, paid vacation and sick days, and access to the GO Hilton Team Member Travel discount program, which provides discounts at Hilton properties worldwide. The hotel ensures fair employment consideration for all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious practices, national origin, pregnancy, veteran status, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
