Hilton is known for investing heavily in the wellbeing and growth of its employees, providing comprehensive benefits, career development opportunities, and a supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
The position of Event Services Manager at Hilton is pivotal in delivering outstanding event experiences that exemplify the company’s commitment to hospitality excellence. Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the event lifecycle is a key responsibility, focusing on managing expectations and fostering loyalty that drives repeat business.
In addition to client management, the Event Services Manager guides the performance of the event team by communicating client requirements clearly, providing leadership and coaching to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service. The role also supports the sales process by participating in site visits and pre-event meetings, demonstrating deep product knowledge to align event solutions with client needs. Critical thinking and calm problem-solving under pressure are essential, as the Event Services Manager must address guest concerns and negotiate service adjustments in real time to maintain the highest standards of service.
