Job Description

Hilton is a globally recognized leader in the hospitality industry, known for its commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and a warm, welcoming atmosphere across its world-class hotel brands. With a legacy spanning over a century, Hilton has hosted more than 3 billion guests worldwide and continues to innovate with a strong focus on hospitality, teamwork, and leadership. The company prides itself on its award-winning workplace culture, having earned repeated recognition on the World’s Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and Fortune. Hilton nurtures a supportive environment for employees, offering comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities, making it an employer of choice in the hospitality sector.

Join Hilton as an Event Services Manager, a pivotal role that goes beyond event coordination to encompass creating memorable guest experiences that embody the true spirit of hospitality. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning and execution, acting as the primary client contact to ensure flawless delivery and guest satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing event documentation, facilitating smooth transitions from sales to service teams, and proactively resolving issues to guarantee seamless events. You will also play a key role in maximizing revenue by identifying upsell opportunities and enhancing event experiences to increase contract value.

Relationship building is central to this position, as you will establish and maintain strong communication with clients during the entire event lifecycle to manage expectations and encourage repeat business. Leading your team effectively is crucial, which involves communicating client requirements clearly, offering guidance, providing feedback, and coaching staff to maintain high standards of service. You will support the sales process by participating in client site visits and pre-event meetings, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and helping shape event solutions tailored to client needs. The ability to calmly and efficiently solve problems in real-time is essential, helping you address guest concerns, negotiate service adjustments, and ensure overall satisfaction even under pressure.

Hilton embraces core values including passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, accountability, and a focus on the present moment—all of which are essential traits for success in this role. Beyond serving guests, Hilton is dedicated to supporting its team members’ well-being with comprehensive perks such as deeply discounted travel, an employee stock purchase program, paid parental leave, caregiving and crisis concierge services, mental health resources, generous paid time off, health and welfare benefits, and financial security programs. These benefits help Hilton employees thrive both professionally and personally.

As a member of Hilton’s team, you contribute to an exceptional workplace culture shaped by respect, inclusion, and a dedication to excellence. Whether you are beginning your career or seeking new opportunities, Hilton offers a dynamic environment where you can grow and help create magical stays for guests worldwide. Join Hilton to be part of an award-winning company that values its employees and leads the future of travel and hospitality.
