Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 3 years of experience in event services, catering, or group sales in a luxury hotel or high-end event venue
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, event logistics, and F&B service standards
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with an ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Outstanding communication and client-relations skills
  • Proficiency in event management software and systems such as Delphi, Opera, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Act as the primary liaison between the hotel and group clients from contract signing through event execution
  • Manage all aspects of group and event logistics including meeting space setup, banquet operations, F&B planning, AV coordination, and vendor needs
  • Conduct site inspections and pre-conference meetings with prospective and confirmed clients, showcasing service capabilities and venue assets
  • Ensure clear, proactive communication of group details across all departments to support flawless execution
  • Maintain up-to-date records in systems such as Delphi and Opera, including event notes, diagrams, and rooming lists
  • Support hotel departments with on-site client presence during events to resolve issues and exceed guest expectations
  • Partner with Sales, Catering, Banquets, Culinary, and Front Office to customize group experiences aligned with client objectives
  • Participate in regular forecasting and budgeting meetings, contributing to revenue planning and expense control
  • Stay informed on current trends in luxury events, hospitality innovations, and client engagement strategies to enhance offerings
