The Client Operations Support Manager position at Allied Universal Event Services is a pivotal role that supports the successful execution and operational efficiency of event security accounts. Job Duties

  • maintain future work schedules by assigning appropriately trained personnel
  • implement and improve tracking of staff training and certifications
  • develop and implement staffing plans for emergency operations and workforce growth
  • act in an event management capacity to ensure event staff meet vendor and client expectations
  • develop and implement quality assurance programs
  • recruit, interview, select, and train new employees
  • handle performance appraisals, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • safeguard personnel information related to pay, benefits, and performance
  • establish and maintain onsite inventory of critical supplies
  • make independent decisions on personnel scheduling to match competencies
  • allot open work shifts to maximize utilization and reduce overtime
  • submit procurement orders
  • recommend productivity and cost reduction initiatives
  • ensure accurate and timely submission of 90-day event calendar
  • back up scheduling and manage event schedules in ABI
  • follow company timekeeping policies and conduct weekly audits
  • conduct disciplinary and counseling sessions
  • initiate and execute termination procedures
  • maintain high employee morale and low turnover
  • enforce event-specific policies and procedures through communication and training
