The Client Account Manager role at Allied Universal Event Services involves overseeing the daily operations of assigned client accounts, primarily focusing on event management, staffing, and client relations. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- licensing requirements may be required prior to employment depending on state and/or local laws
- minimum of three years of event management or supervisory experience
- ability to supervise and develop staff
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, evenings, and holidays
- good judgment and discretion
- ability to handle emergency situations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- minimum of three (3) years of event management, event operations, and/or event supervisory experience
- experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff
- ability to develop and grow customer relationships
- ability to work in a team-oriented management environment with the ability to work independently
- ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis

- must be able to work nights/evenings/holidays as needed with a flexible schedule
Job Duties
- supervise the day-to-day event operations and staffing of an assigned client site
- manage a team of event supervisors and event staff including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support, discipline, and terminations
- build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees
- coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service
- ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met
- assure regular communication of issues or event with our client
- handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately
