The role of Client Account Manager at Allied Universal is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day event operations at an assigned client site. This role involves managing a team of event supervisors and staff, developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual obligations, and coordinating support services to meet financial and operational goals. The Client Account Manager works closely with both clients and employees to ensure smooth event delivery, handle escalated issues or emergencies, and maintain high standards of safety, service, and staff performance. The position offers an annual salary range between $70,000 and $78,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. Job Requirements

  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
  • Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment while having an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
  • Preferred qualifications include facilities management, military, or law enforcement experience
  • Previous payroll, billing, and scheduling experience

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years of event management, event operations, and/or event supervisory experience
  • Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff
  • Ability to develop and grow customer relationships
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis
  • Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be able to work nights/evenings/holidays as needed with a flexible schedule

Job Duties

  • Supervise the day-to-day event operations and staffing of an assigned client site
  • Manage a team of event supervisors and event staff including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support, discipline, and terminations
  • Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees
  • Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service
  • Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met
  • Assure regular communication of issues or event with our client
  • Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately
