The Client Account Manager position at Allied Universal represents a critical role responsible for overseeing day-to-day event operations and managing an assigned client account. Job Requirements

- Minimum three years of event management or supervisory experience
- Experience in staff hiring and development

Job Duties
- Supervise day-to-day event operations and staffing of assigned client site
- Manage a team of event supervisors and staff including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, discipline, and terminations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and employees
- Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals
- Ensure compliance with reporting and contract requirements
- Handle escalated security issues and emergencies
- Communicate staffing needs and assist recruiting efforts
- Develop staff through performance management and training
- Maintain communication of policies and job openings
- Deliver site-specific training and meet corporate training standards
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and post orders
- Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles
- Communicate proactively with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
