Job Duties

  • Ensure the setting of suites, clubs, and buffets completely
  • be able to set up for events, carry equipment, serve guests, and clean up at the conclusion of the event
  • quickly respond to guests needs
  • maintain proper dining experience and fulfilling customer needs
  • perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed
  • adhere to grooming and appearance standards
  • have knowledge of event menu items and their contents
  • responsible for setting buffet stations which may include decor
  • run food to events as needed
  • serve and clear food and beverage quietly, professionally, and quickly, using proper serving and clearing techniques
