- Minimum 2 years banquet catering experience with sit down service
- 2 professional banquet catering references
- completion of alcohol awareness training preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including days nights and weekends
- ability to maintain professional appearance

Job Duties
- Report to all assignments on time in proper uniform with tools
- maintain a professional appearance with uniforms ironed and shoes shined
- wear tuxedo pants (wash and wear) as required
- wear black dress style slip-resistant shoes
- set up and breakdown of events
- follow proper steps of service for banquets
- communicate effectively with clients guests and co-workers
- utilize employee app to confirm update availability and track job offers
