The role of Event Server at Indeed Flex is tailored for those who thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments and enjoy delivering exceptional service to guests in upscale settings. Event Servers will work on-site at various client locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, supporting a range of service styles including formal plated service, cocktail and tray service, and banquet events. The compensation ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, dependent on experience, service style, and event scope. Shifts include weekday lunches and dinners, weekend evenings, and select special events such as high-profile private functions and luxury events.

This role requires a professional yet approachable demeanor, combined with a strong understanding of service timing, guest etiquette, and effective team collaboration. Ideal candidates have prior experience in fine dining, luxury events, banquets, or upscale hospitality and must possess a current Food Handler's Certificate. Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are especially encouraged to apply, as this enhances communication with diverse guest populations and enriches team coordination.

Scheduling is flexible, with core shifts during lunches and weekend dinners, along with additional opportunities to work a variety of events throughout the week.
