Job Requirements
- Previous experience in fine dining, luxury events, banquets, or upscale hospitality preferred
- bilingual in both English and Spanish preferred
- solid understanding of service timing, guest etiquette, and team coordination
- professional presentation with a calm, service-forward approach
- ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
- comfortable standing for long periods and handling tray service
- current Food Handler's Certificate required

Job Duties
- Welcome guests and deliver attentive, table-side service
- take food and beverage orders with confidence and menu knowledge
- transport plated meals from kitchen to table efficiently and accurately
- clear and reset tables while maintaining an immaculate dining space
- complete opening and closing duties such as station setup and silverware polishing
- move throughout event spaces offering hors d'oeuvres and beverages
- execute tray-pass service during receptions and networking events
- carry and manage plated bites, including shoulder-supported trays when needed
- assist with light setup, breakdown, and removal of used serviceware
- prepare tables, buffets, and service stations prior to guest arrival
- run food and beverages to service points or guest tables
- support service flow during high-volume banquets and events
- assist with post-event cleanup, breakdown, and inventory support
