Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old age requirements may vary depending on local regulations
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent some college education preferred
- Previous experience in event security law enforcement or related field advantageous
- Possess strong physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Exhibit excellent observational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Work effectively in a team and collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Maintain flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays based on event schedules
- Possess a valid security license or be willing to obtain one if required by local regulations
- Successfully pass a background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Assist with event setup including arrangement of equipment signage and materials
- Monitor access points and conduct security checks to prevent unauthorized entry
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service assisting attendees with inquiries directions and event information
- Collaborate with event staff and security personnel to maintain a safe and organized environment
- Assist in crowd management controlling entry and exit points ensuring proper attendee flow
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies following established protocols
- Enforce event rules regulations and safety procedures
- Handle and resolve attendee complaints or conflicts calmly and professionally
- Adhere to company policies procedures and guidelines to deliver high standard of service and security
