The Part-Time Event Operations Supervisor role is a pivotal leadership position within Citadel Security USA, focused on supporting and coordinating event security efforts across various venues in the Colorado Springs area. This part-time, unarmed position involves multi-shift scheduling and offers competitive pay of up to $23.50 per hour. The supervisor will operate under close collaboration with company leadership, field personnel, and client representatives to ensure operational readiness and the successful execution of events.

- familiarity with large public events, venues, or crowd-management operations preferred
Job Duties
- review and approve staffing plans for upcoming events
- coordinate personnel assignments based on venue requirements and operational needs
- assist with event scheduling and workforce allocation
- ensure operational plans are implemented effectively during event execution
- monitor staffing levels and address coverage needs as situations change
- support event readiness by confirming equipment, communication tools, and personnel availability
- assist with the development and maintenance of event-specific standard operating procedures
- support preparation of emergency action plans for large-scale events
- verify that supervisors and officers understand site expectations and operational requirements
- help maintain consistency across event operations and field practices
- identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery
- participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding event personnel
- provide day-to-day guidance and supervision for event staff
- assist with performance evaluations and coaching initiatives
- mentor event site officers and help identify future leadership candidates
- promote accountability, professionalism, and teamwork among field personnel
- reinforce company policies, procedures, and performance expectations
- monitor employee performance during event assignments
- address attendance, conduct, or performance concerns appropriately
- assist with documentation related to corrective action when necessary
- support retention efforts through communication, training, and leadership engagement
- ensure supervisors are properly prepared to manage assigned personnel
- serve as a point of contact between field staff and operations leadership
- maintain professional communication with clients, venue personnel, and event organizers
- provide operational updates and staffing information as needed
- assist with resolving event-related issues in a timely and professional manner
- maintain staffing records and operational documentation
- complete reports related to event activity, staffing performance, and operational outcomes
- document concerns, recommendations, and follow-up actions when necessary
