Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years old
- hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- possess previous experience in event security, law enforcement, or related field
- have strong physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- demonstrate excellent observational and problem-solving skills
- have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- work well in a team and collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds
- maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- currently possess or be willing to obtain a valid Texas Private Security License Level 2 or higher
- successfully pass a background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- maintain a visible and professional presence to the standards of the client and BEST
- patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure safety
- monitor access points, conduct bag checks, perform entry screenings
- respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies including medical emergencies or disturbances
- collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services to coordinate security
- provide exceptional customer service by assisting attendees and answering questions
- report security-related occurrences to supervisors or law enforcement
- create and maintain documentation of relevant activities
- uphold company policies and procedures to maintain professionalism and security effectiveness
